I have serious anxiety when it comes to having dental work done. From my first phone call I was treated with a welcoming voice, my first appointment they acknowledged and understood my fears and panic. For the first time a dentist was able to get me completely numb for extractions!
I can't say enough how fortunate I feel to have found these folks!
Our family has been seeing Dr. Paul Nielsen for over 20 years, and he is no doubt the best dentist in Helena. I had extreme dental phobia for most of my life, and Dr. Nielsen and his staff have completely turned that around. He does excellent work, is patient, competent and gentle. Years ago when I needed to see a peridontist, he commented that he knew right away Dr. Nielsen had done my crowns, as he did the best in town, and they were unmistakable. I have recommended Dr. Nielsen to numerous friends and coworkers, and all have mentioned that the experience was so positive, and his work is of the highest quality. I have the highest regard and respect for the phenomenal dental care he has provided to our family. He deserves 10 stars!!!
I have had excellent care and felt nothing but concern and compassion through my recovery process with Dr. Nielsen and all of the staff from the front desk and all the assistants. I highly recommend these folks. However you are feeling about the work just talk to them because they care about how you are feeling and want you to be comfortable and heal well!
