Dr Hale and her team are exceptionally skilled and caring. They make themselves available for concerns and questions. And, if you need to speak with a person and not just go through messages , you will. My hip function after replacement is fantastic.
Did knee replacement 2 1/2 years ago. Kept telling her something wasn't right. I got to point I couldn't walk before the end of a year. She kept referring me to PT which only made it worse. Wouldn't schedule an appointment to actually see her until several months out. She said it was gout which it wasn't.Threatened suit so she scheduled a bone scan. It showed the prosthesis had separated at top and bottom so finally talked revision surgery. After two years of progressive and debilitating pain I wasn't going to have her do a second surgery. Had surgery at Mayo. She is uncaring and belligerent.
Dr. Ford did my 16 year old son's hip replacements in August 2015 and December 2015. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Needing this kind of surgery is rare at his age and Dr. Ford made sure we understood all the risks and what the future held for Evan. His results have been amazing, and I thoroughly appreciated her work. I recommend her highly as an orthopedist and physician.
I wasn't able to read John's review in order to add to his experience, but when I saw the one star I was shocked. For me, Dr Hale was a Godsend. She's skilled, personable, professional, and caring. I had nothing but the best care under her and her staff. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I know a few others in my town who would say the same thing.
