The only reason 3 stars is the staff is very nice. I would not recommend a loan from this company to my worst enemy. Statements never break down accrued fees, interest, etc. So very hard to dispute when you have no idea what the total balance even includes. Got two letters in the mail stating loan had been purchased or sold to another company. The total balance in those letters have never been reflected on any statement balance received from OMF. Borrow money from anyone. Literally anyone, before you go here. Ask your church. Ask your grandma. Ask anyone!! But avoid this place like the plague.
