Managing dealerships while I lived in Denver, customer service is the utmost importance. Regardless is a customer is spending $5,000 on a used Honda or $153,000 on an i8, everyone is treated with respect and attention. The individuals at Ashely’s never made my requests seem outlandish or weird. I’m happy that I bought my furniture here, and will recommend anyone with the highest regards to this store.

A small issue arrived with one of the foot rests being uneven, I messaged Donna one of the managers and she was coridial and promptly responded that she would take care of it, in which she responded to every email and call.
Also as a side note to charolette below me. As a car manager it is individuals like you that would complain after the sale, when something were to go wrong. Such a dealership and a furniture store they are compliant with all policies and procedures so that you are aware of the entire purchase process. They’re implemented for a reason, to protect store and individual alike.

Furthermore I had a horrid experience here in butte with Rudolph’s furniture. They delivered the couch with holes in it and told me to simply put it against a wall.
Decent prices, friendly staff, and the only time I went in there I purchased a couch and a bed. Great selection
