She listeded to what we needed/wanted, and provided the solution. I did not have to ask for a status one time from start to finish. The install occurred 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and we could not be more happy with the results. I rarely ever write reviews. I felt compelled to tell people about this great company. I am redoing my upstairs and bathroom. The staff at Finstad's was extremely helpful in providing information on available options, estimating materials needed and advice on installation. I saved both money and certainly a lot of headaches by working with them. At the end of the project I had 5 tiles and 2 floor planks left over. They couldn't have done a better job than that. Their customer service is excellent. I would tell anyone to go there with confidence.
