Good place to stop for a quick bite from their deli. Their sandwiches are good and they have a good selection of deli foods.
Quick, good, friendly service, (in only 35 years we've lived here.) Best and cooperative help! In a "big-old-bad-world" and a "big-old-capitol-of-Montana" BOB's keeps it like in the "old days" where you get great deli, pick-up groceries, (selection amazing,) and complete help!
All from name brand products, most of them within the expiration time. I recently bought expired "by a month" hot dogs, BVM took them back but every one of the hot dogs on the shelf had expired expiration dates.
Don't ask me about the most delicious/sublime home made salads and 100's of tasty deli selections... you all know about the ham, right?
The staff here is always very friendly. They have the best deli hands down!(Seriously come on a Thursday and experience the deliciousness of their homemade enchiladas!) Prices are reasonable for the deli and drinks, however I would not do my weekly grocery shopping here. Bobs valley market is a staple to the Valley,and there ham is to die for.
I love going to BVM because it's near my home. I love the employees, they always make me feel welcome as a friend. My 2 star review has to do with some of the food items I've purchased.
BEST and I mean BEST "little Big Grocery store" at Lincoln& north! Hubby and I so APPRECIATE the multiple offerings from this great "BIG" shop hub at Lincoln/Montana avenue.
Bobs needs to check their products and re-stock before it goes expired! They need to check their fridge/freezer temps and pay attention to their products.
Over the last year or so I've purchased very expired food that was hardly edible; dry chocolate, freezer burned ice cream/ dried out chocolate in the ice cream, bad tuna, "taste expired" smokes, etc.
...and a cool milkshake machine.
