Traumatic and horrifying. I was verbally assaulted by Shandell Warren, the owner of Ocean Spirit Massage, while on the massage table and for fifteen minutes while leaving after my aborted "massage". I feared for my emotional and physical safety in Shandell’s presence. I was threatened with the "option" of continuing the "massage" or leaving and being charged for cancelling. I hope no one else will ever fall victim to her attacks of misguided anger while in the vulnerable position of being a client on her massage table. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews (too late), I see that they already have. The environment of the office was chaotic and not at all relaxing. Shandell was beyond unprofessional, unethical, and displayed poor judgment and lack of self-control.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. From the booking to the billing, this operation is disorganized, dysfunctional, and disrespectful of common courtesy and decency.
Shandell is one absolutely awesome massage therapist! She is one talented and skilled individual, masterful in her field! It's no wonder that her business was voted Best In Helena! She and her staff are delightful. She even has an acupuncturist who schedules time for clients when he is in town! Her QiGong is excellent, and her organic smoothies are deliciously scrumptious! A delightfully healthy part Downtown Helena business! Schedule a massage or other service at Ocean Spirit Massage as soon as you can! I am most impressed! I am certain you will be be too!
