The staff is all so friendly at Sound Health Imaging. I have gone there for both of my pregnancies, and each time the gals performing the ultrasound were a joy to work with! They took their time explaining what we were looking at on the screen, answered all our questions about what they were looking for, explained every measurement, and even indulged our want for them to zoom out again so we could see the baby's profile. They have top of the line equipment, and included in the fee is a DVD of pictures, a bunch of printed pictures, and a recording of the baby's heartbeat. They also do 3-D and 4-D scans at no additional charge. I highly recommend asking your care provider if you can get your testing done here! P.S... I found out at my last appointment that the Dr. who reads the images actually practiced in Helena for a while and I knew who he was! Great guy :)
The staff at this facility are friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and comfortable, and a bit less like a sterile hospital enough to put you at ease. However, the interpretation of the ultrasounds I received was not timely. In some treatments, review of the ultrasound is necessary on a one day turn around time, and that was not possible, or policy at this facility despite being told that it was required. The best they could do was send a preliminary report to the ordering physician. I do not know if they are sending their data to St. Pete's for interpretation, or to a remote facility (I know there are interpretive centers in India) but this is not acceptable for time sensitive diagnosis.
We had our baby ultrasound here with Audrey and the staff- it was an exceptional experience. The office staff took great care of us and Audrey made the whole experience wonderful. Thanks for all the great pictures and video! We sure appreciated the wonderful care and the excellent service. Highly recommended!
100/100 THE BEST in town!!! I have absolutely loved every experience I have EVER had with Sound Health Imaging! The staff is so kind, professional and hospitable! The facility is very clean! They have done and incredible job making me feel welcome every time I have come in! Sound Health is definitely a family friendly atmosphere. They have been so accommodating at every appointment and helpful every time I've needed to bring kids in with me! Definitely the best place to in Helena to have an ultrasound!
