Amazing staff with a commitment defining what the real problem is. Quick service and access the testing and results. I’m from out of town and will drive three hours to be seen here again due to the professionalism and helpfulness
Rachel Mattern, PAC and all her staff are wonderful. I have been to urgent care several times in the past month or so and have had the highest quality of care possible. Occasionally the wait time is a little more but that is expected when you just walk in. From the reception staff to nurses all the way up they are very kind compassion and caring people. They make you feel comfortable and cared for. You are not just a number to them. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and our community. God Bless you all
It deserves no rating. Same with the entire hospital. This place has misdiagnosed me, and my two children - over the past 1.5 years. We are uninsured and thought this is the only place we can go. Wrong. They are uncaring, unfriendly, incompetent and HIGHLY expensive for the awful care. Actually, they don't provide any care whatsoever. They are there to see you, extract money and then bill you exorbitantly later on. Don't bother filling out the Patient Assistance forms - you won't qualify. I actually pay my medical bills on time but now they are so high and out of control thanks to St. Pete's I may file for bankruptcy. And I am now having to deal with a life long injury because they screwed up. I would run as fast as you can away from this butcher shop.
