you are the best physician diagnotitian.
This place is awesome! the doctors helped me and the emergency room staff is good too. The ER has a TV. Some channels are snowy but watchable. The restrooms are clean and well maintained.
The St. Peter's Patient Portal is outstanding and I encourage everyone to use this method of communication. Also, the Radiology and Lab at St. Peter's Medical Group is excellent. A special recognition to Dr. Gallea in ER
Last Week My Caregiver Sent A Fax Over To Scheduling For Me To Get An Ultrasound. 6 days had past and no phone call. I decided to call them instead to see what was going on. Turns out they never checked their computer to see what faxes they got so lucky me, I managed to get the last appt. Time slot left. If I never called who knows if I would of every got in.
I’ve never personally heard of a good experience here at St Peter’s, and I honestly think it doesn’t even deserve the 2 star average that it has. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I took a family member in to Urgent Care because he was having heart pains, and 1. The x-ray technician in training didn’t put the protective jacket on him before performing the x-ray. 2. The PA gave him a prescription that later put him in the ER (in Billings) for gastritis, which basically means that the lining of his stomach was being eaten away. Just another bad experience to add to the list. Don’t go here, don’t let your loved ones go here.
I fell and dislocated my shoulder on Friday, Sept. 22 and had to be taken by ambulance to St. Pete's ER. The ambulance crew was incredible and tried to move me with such care, my pain was excruciating. When I got to St. Pete's, the ER staff was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Michel was my physician and he and the whole ER staff did everything possible to ease the pain until they could "knock me out" and get the shoulder back together. I was able to go home in much better shape. However, I had to make another trip to the ER Saturday night because I had had severe nausea from the time I had gotten home Friday afternoon and was'nt able to drink or eat anything and was getting dehydrated. The staff under Dr. Coil and and wonderful nurse got me hydrated and took care of the nausea. I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment I received from the staff at St. Pete's and thank them for everything they did for me. Can't say it was a "wonderful" experience, but they made it almost "bearable"!!
