While the wait was a little longer than I hoped, it was only about 20 minutes, and the lady was super helpful and very friendly. I had all the information I wanted about three different titles within a half hour. EDIT: I called two weeks later and they had not done what they said (which was reissuing two titles as they had sent them to the wrong address the first time) so I waited on the line while she reissued them. What a pain!
I have been waiting for a replacement title since September 2016. This is completely unbelievable - 7 months waiting for a title? I sent in a request for two replacement titles in September, received one in December and am still awaiting the second one. Today I was advised that lots of people were waiting for titles. Seven months? I don't think so. Incredible.
Prompt telephone responsiveness and very courteous agent. I was on hold for fewer than two (2) minutes. Agent was cheerful and we accomplished my task very rapidly. The worst of the worst... Customer service is completely horrible... Most operators are extremely rude from the moment they answer the phone. They are very abrupt and exhibit no sense of being an employee who should be serving the public. They act like they are being put out by having to actually do their job and assist a citizen. I sent in a request for a replacement title a month ago. We've had to call several times to check the status... It's been a circus. So ridiculous...
32 minutes on hold to reach a live body. Unacceptable. Once I got to Ebony, she was able to answer all three of my questions clearly and accurately.
