Five stars for pizza.
I ordered a pizza called after an hour the lady said it would be another 20-30mins. I said wow 1 1/2hours for pizza the lady Shanda said fine I'll just cxl your whole order. Got a big additude. And hung up on me when I called back not once but 4times. This is not ok....she just kept hanging up on me ended up having to call cooperate to have them see if my order was really cancelled....She Had the worst customer service I've incountered in Helena. IM Front Desk At Quality II WILL NEVER TELL MY GUEST ORDER THERE if the ask for a recomendation. I've always eaten Papa John's guess since I live in Helena now I will have to go with pizza hut or something. I can't believe the way I was treated and how this employee was treating paying customers. Wow and come to find out she's managment.
But when I come into the store and there is a child tied to a chair with a Papa John's apron,
My pizza is usually good at Papa John's in Helena.
That does not speak favorably for the professionalism of the business.

Dough on an XL wasnt fully cooked on a supreme... Called to inform them delivered another the same way.. Blamed it on the oven. Really disappointed. Love papa Johns just not here in Helena. The employees are just too busy to actually provide customer service and the mangers a joke.
Ordered an XL Works pizza with extra pepperoncini - ready when I arrived at 5:25. I was out the door in less than 2 minutes. Great pizza, delicious toppings. We'll definitely order again. Thanks Papa John's!
Papa John's has good pizza, but I think it is too overpriced. I tried delivery one time, and for a small pizza, it was 13 dollars including delivery fee. That is ridiculous. And the time i went into the store, it was only a ten minute wait, but the pizza was only lukewarm. Please lower you prices and cook your pizzas better. If you are looking for a good cheap pizza place, go to little Caesars.
