Ordered a deep dish pizza at 4:00 pm and they gave us 2 lunch boxes instead of the deep dish. They refused to give us a new pizza that wasn't several hours old. It was very hard. Called the manager and she didn't even attempt to make it right.

This time I was lied to ...employee takes gift card, attempts to run it, can't figure it out, tells me "the system is down." If the system is down, why did you attempt to run the card? Your order to be made incorrectly and a long wait. I asked for one pepperoni, one sausage and one canadian bacon and pineapple. They tried to give me all but the canadian bacon and pineapple was short the canadian bacon. Then once I get home, I discovered cardboard pieces under my pizzas. To me my experience was not even worth one star.
