Then, I had to go home to look up wallpapers on the computer. I went into the store instead of ordering it myself - thinking to save on shipping. I placed an order with Shawn.
They never placed the order.
Staff was friendly, but the prices were outrageous.
The staff said they knew nothing about exterior paint for wood siding and could not help me. When I googled their web site I found that the Duration material was what I was looking for. But I got no help whatsoever from the local staff. I was and stil am on my own.
Tried put in a special order. I put in an order then they called me back two days later and said that the catalog which I picked from was discontinued... though it was one they had in their office.
I believe these are uncaring people working with a great product that they really know nothing about...........the Duration line of exterior acrylic paints.
The staff at Sherwin-Williams in Helena are great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and they take time to make sure you get what you need.

Two weeks later, I called in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Shawn. He said he would call the vender "first thing in the morning". When I called them the next day Shawn was not even scheduled to work that day - so he lied to me that he would even be at work.
