I cannot seem to get a prescription filled on the same day it is sent in. This is especially concerning when a person is very ill, the provider sends the prescription in, and I have to wait the entire day or sometimes the next day to get it. I would not be giving this review if this had not happened on multiple occasions. The most recent was yesterday. I have a very painful ear, throbbing pain day and night, provider sends prescription over yesterday 9AM, I waited and waited, not feeling well, finally said will come back later. At 4pm still not ready, after a 1 hour wait, I only received half of the prescription, still no ear drops. They said to come back next day after 9:30. In the meantime, I am in constant ear pain. This is completely unacceptable regardless of the reason. If I ever get my ear drops, I will be changing pharmacies after more than 15 years at Shopko pharmacy, I have had enough.
The pharmacists are great but their phone system is a waste of time. 1st you're on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes to reach anyone and then you get someone who knows nothing and puts you on hold again and after another 5 to 10 minutes, chances are you are clicked off and go to a busy signal. Do they want customer business and renewal of prescriptions. My complaints to them about this situation falls on deaf ears!!!
