This was my first experience self-publishing a book. After discussing the project with a number of other publishers, it seemed like an almost overwhelming undertaking. It was at that point that I came in contact with Sweetgrass Books and their Director of Publications, Kathy Springmeyer. Kathy took the time to explain the self-publishing process in detail and what to expect during the entire publishing operation. She was always available to answer all my questions and concerns. Steph, the book designer, did a fantastic job of putting the book together so that it presented my photography in the best possible way. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sweetgrass Books as the entire process could not have been better.
