K.C. was awesome. He responded quickly to all our VA lender requests and when the deal started to go sideways because the seller didn’t want to allow the required appraisal inspections and do the required septic inspections he went above and beyond to explain to the seller the inspections were required to sell the home. After the house sold and our lender still wanted a little more paperwork.. he was still there for us. You definitely want him as your representative.
