Bought our first Hot Spot hot tub. Was leaning into ordering on line, then decided to just go into Mountain Hot Tub and take a look. Very grateful I did, not doing so would've been a big mistake. Being able to sit in the hot tubs made it much easier make the right choice. Thank God I did, there's things you just don't think about, and Karli was a great help. Delivery was a bit late but setup was smooth. Chord did a great job with the final setup and explaining the details for operation. This Hot Spot tub is great, honestly, anything less would've left me disappointed...so glad I went into the store.
Mountain Hot Tub has been wonderful to work with. I have had a couple of electrical issues since install and Patrick has been out right away to fix them. Great product, great customer service!
First contacted Montana Hot Tub before we even moved to Helena. Eric was super helpful and gave us great advice on what size and model would be best for us. Several months later, our gorgeous new hot tub was delivered and installed. Can't say enough about the great customer service! Patrick and his crew were extremely professional and competent in setting everything up and explaining how to maintain our hot tub. This was just an excellent experience from start to finish!
I recently (Wed. 9/20) needed a service call in reference to a problem with our hot tub. Patrick was polite and very knowledgeable and made recommendations to our advantage. I was extremely impressed with his attitude. I also would like to add that Karley who works at the store is always cheerful, helpful and a pleasure to see whenever I visit your establishment.
