I had the experience of moving across the country in a short period of time when I gave Gold Rush a call. They had beautiful properties and some great reviews that impressed me. They were so helpful and quick to respond through the whole process taking out all the stress. I was able to sign an elease which was super convenient and the apartment was even better than I had expected. Now as a tenant they still remain helpful and quick to respond. They have earned every one of those stars.

We lived in one of Gold rush Property Managements rentals for 2 years and we absolutely loved them. Any issues we every might have had they were there within hours to fix it. I've been living in one of their properties for about 7 months now and I really like it. The place was nice and clean when I moved in and has quiet tenants. It's kind of small for the price but it's still a good place to live.
