They lost my package, never answered corporate FedEx's messages to call me, and I was never refunded the amount for the shipping. I should have gone to UPS. Even better? My package never even left the facility and it was "lost".
There's almost never a wait time, the staff is friendly and helpful. There isn't much parking though.
