I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food and service! The ambiance is great! If you have a special occasion to celebrate this is the place to go. We went on a Tuesday night and the place was buzzing.
Unfortunately, the food quality does not live up to the very high prices here. Once (not on my dime) I got the most expensive steak, and it was delicious. But most of the menu doesn't quite have those excellent flavors like a few other restaurants in town. The service has always been good.
I ordered the prime rib (aged 40 days), and I must say that it was the best steak I have ever eaten. This restaurant is a very upscale and classy place. I had no problem in receiving each course of my meal in a very timely manner, and the waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in everything we asked for! I would go back to restaurant in a heartbeat, if I'm ever back in Helena, Montana!!!
Bison burger to go with sweet potato French fries. Good burger. Fries were a bit mushy. Personable hostess who put takeout order in. Restaurant itself looked pretty busy while I waited.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Helena. They have great bar and restaurant. The service here is in most cases outstanding aside from the normal random less than par experience. Price is well worth the experience.
