The agent I spoke with was very professional however, it was requested I bring in a utility bill showing my address and a valid montana drivers license before I could rent a vehicle from here. I just moved to Helena and I havent made the switch to a Montana drivers license and even though my previous state license is still valid, Enterprise would not rent to me.
I have been renting cars for most days of the year for the last 8-9 years & still renting very often today. Probably rented a good couple dozen times from Helena Enterprise. This Enterprise location has been my favorite of all. The manager, Shannon, is as friendly and professional as they come as is her entire crew. They all remember me on a first name basis & always attempt to pleasantly accommodate requests & are swift in getting me into my reservations which are always clean & in good condition. Their pickup/drop-off service has always been punctual in the 3 or 4 times I've needed to use it & their usual driver, Rocco is a GREAT guy. Always enjoy talking with him! Rates are on par with others in town, usually actually slightly less & the fleet is typically better than most other Enterprise locations I've dealt with prior. Super location, don't change a thing please!!
I have rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for several years now. It is the Only place I will rent from. I have never had a problem. Would highly recommend this place.

I was able to secure a rental from a competitor with no such hassle. I cannot recommend renting from them, unfortunately.
