I was ready to set my new truck up with some new kc lights but I left after the lady at the front was so rude. If your going to be the first face the customer sees it’s a good idea to be polite..
Vehicle taken in for detail and chip repair. Color wasn't right on the chip repair at first, once I pointed it out they fixed it right away. Detail left a bit to be desired. Some things like vents, climate control and steering wheel were still dirty and greasy with what ever they wipe it down with. Some spots missed on the exterior here and there and in the crevices and trim. Not a bad job but not a great one. I might try another business for my next detail.
Dropped off car at 0800 for window tinting and was told estimate of five hours for job. I called at 1400 (six hours later) and was told it was going to be another two hours and they would call me at 1500. Had to take mother in law and wife to an appoitment and only had one car, so struggled to get to Auto Concepts before they closed...arrived at 1630. My car was done and in the lot. I walked in and mentioned that I wasn't called and was told "I think he just finished it" yet noone called.
I've always been pleased with the products and service at Auto Concepts. I love that Helena has a viable choice when it comes to custom auto products.
To be clear, the windows look great. I understand that they probably had a very busy day. I was just concerned that either the staff I spoke with perhaps didn't really know how long it would actually be or perhaps there was a problem. In either case, I wish there would have been SOME communication so I could have planned for the difficulty getting to other appointments that were not an expected issue based on original or revised estimates.
Good work, less than ideal communication.
Needed a new dvd player in the minivan...they did a great job installing.
