A couple of months ago we needed the windshield replaced on our 2009 Subaru Outback. Our insurance company set us up with Collision Pro. It was such a good experience that when we needed body repair (on the same car) a month or so later, it was a no brainer. This time we didn't wait for the insurance company. We called Collision Pro right off. We knew they did top notch work from the windshield and honestly, we didn't consider anybody else. Not even the "preferred company" recommended by our insurance company. The repairs were made at a reasonable price and on our schedule. I have to admit, I have this thing about customer service. I think it should be great (maybe it’s just me). The folks at Collision Pro are great people that do great work and provide excellent customer service! And as a bonus – the car looks fantastic!
a 2010 Subaru Legacy. It was hit on my lunch went down there got a estimate told them the insurance Company name and made it back to work ontime. They did everything for me and call a day or 2 asking would i would like it fixed. They fixed it fast and better then new all nice and clean in and out
I have gotten two windshields replaced by Collision Pro Auto Glass Express and numerous rock chips repaired. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible and that you get your car back in a timely manner, fixed correctly. One evening, we needed our car back early because of an unexpected reason and Bruce actually came and picked us up after hours to take us to our car! Awesome customer service! I won't recommend or go to anyone else.
