I LOVE Costco! They have wonderful and good quality merchandise. Their fruits and vegetables are unsurpassed. They offer new and healthy foods. One gets a great product for a super price.
For a big box store, this place is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The produce is fresh.
Costco is a wholesale membership club like Sam's Club. I like shopping here for certain items. (Would buy more if I had the space to store) They usually provide samples of various foods to try at specific times. They are very good about returns with receipts. Also has motorized chairs with baskets for handicapped.
At 4:02 pm I called in an order for 2 Pizzas. Said be there at 5:00 pm to pick up. Paid for the order at 4:56 was told it would be 5 minutes. At 5:16 I asked if our Pizzas were ready. They handed us 1 that had been sitting there for lord knows how long and gave us a fresh one they were just cutting and said I'm sorry about that. It was 5:19 by that time. No point in calling in an order if it's going to take 25 minutes and everyone else that walks up is 15. Nothing like punishing us for trying to make things easier on them. Never again do it that way again.
I enjoy shopping here. Great prices and the employees make it a great experience. 4 stars because they are always very busy and few cashiers.
