Prices are hit and miss, they do have some great sales. customer service is horrible
Store was not busy but none of the staff even bothered to say hi except one, her name was Brandy and she was amazing! Thank you for your help!!
I rarely go to Macy's these days but when I do I always ask myself, "how do they stay in business?" There are never any other shoppers there and usually more staff than customers. They have a few loyal ones but, on the whole, it feels more like being in a museum than a retail outlet. I guess the Macy's property portfolio is worth Billions but with a perception of high prices, most people are going to shop for value online.
Pricey but good service. Men's shirts section was in disarray. Good products
