They "LOST" my $9000 motorcycle!
Then the driver got pissy with me when I would not sign the invoice.
Great moving company, used them twice last move was 2200 miles. Great Driver team and follow up from the support team.
Wow what a terrible move. They sent a small truck, with a lift, so it required two trips to the storage unit. The move forever and the storage unit was packed terribly. I have moved 20 times in the past 15 years so I know a good move vs a bad one. This move was the worst.

I called and the mgr credited me with an hour of moving fees, which helped, but I still wouldn't recommend them. Wasted use of space in the storage unit and my items just thrown everywhere. Moving is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and use anyone else.
Had some furniture delivered from Costco through Mergenthalers. Delivery guys got the furniture in without any damage to house or furniture.
(they wanted me to sign it to release them from liability)
