I called on September 30 to set up an appointment to have my sprinklers blown out for the winter. They told me they would call a day before coming out and it would be sometime the following week. Waited all week.....no call. Finally called them on Friday morning, they stated they would be here Monday. Called Monday morning to find out what time and somehow I was not on their list for the day, but they would fit me in, in the morning sometime. Called them again at 11am person on phone states "I dont know what time I just give them a list and they do it." Called at 1pm to tell them forget it. I have 2 small children and they will be laying down for a nap. Me and my husband will be getting ready for the winter by ourselves, its definitely not worth the hassle for R and R pump to come out here and do it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
