I would recommend these guys without reservation.
I called Shedhorn because they were close to our home and had 5 star rating. I see why. He quickly told me he was backed up and couldn't get to me today, but gave me names of four other "good" plumbers who were reasonably priced. Much appreciated! If I had a big project I would certainly get a bid from these guys. Since today is more urgent I will call one he suggested.
Shedhorn Plumbing does great work, and the owner, Steve, is very honest and great to deal with. I stick with Shedhorn for any of my plumbing questions and work, they're just so nice to deal with.
Luke came over right away to replace the component. When the problem turned out to be a second component, he came over right away and efficiently installed it, without an appointment.
These guys are first rate. A component on our new Rheem water heater failed. Grrrr. Rheem was mostly infuriating and time consuming, but the employees at Shedhorn were wonderful.
Steve and Luke call you back. They are also unfailingly nice, which is a big deal in an era when customer service can be in short supply.
