Annie in the leasing office is always professional, polite and friendly. Mantanance shows up in a timely manor and adresses any issues. Leaving with it fixed or letting you know when they will be back to finish. The staff has always been professional and friendly. I feel at home here. When i first moved in i created my own problem by having a 14 day guest. I recived notice corrected the problem and everything was better. The office is very good at keeping contact when you call they get back to you that day at the worst the next buisness day. My general advice would be follow the rules pay your rent and keep open communication then i dont see having any issues. They really do there best to work with everyone.
I currently rent from Topher Realty and these guys have been nothing but great. We have never had a problem with communication and they always get back to you as quick as they can.

Do not rent from them! I spent days cleaning the place and they still claimed that they had to hire a cleaning company to clean it. It took them 3 hours to clean and charged me 120. Whoever they hired pocketed 120 easily since there was nothing to clean. Cindy, who did the exit walk through with me complimented me on how well I cleaned the place and I should get my security deposit back. What a liar! They don't even deserve 1 star!
I would recommend being homeless, rather than rent from Topher realty. I've have never met such a compassionless company. Disgraceful realty company, I was by no means the best tentant but I had expected some common decency. Never again & will never recommend. What a distasting experience.
Horrid place to rent from. Was told they would do snow removal and mow and rarely did that. Never was told about plans or any info within the landlord tenant law. When you contact them about issues expect attitude and nothing to be done.
