Been there twice in the past month. First visit my food was bland and the service was terrible. Went back again and received the wrong order. The server was great and whatever I received by mistake was delicious.
Always love Chili's, but this particular location had amazing service!!!! We walked in right before closing with a good size group and they were exceptionally friendly, waited for my late parents and were incredibly friendly the whole time. We kept apologizing but they just insisted that everything was fine. I was super impressed that they had such great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Brandon was seating and waiting on tables while it took our waitress 15min to even ask if we would like a drink so I flagged down brandon and he got them. Ordered appetizer waitress didn't bring plates or the ranch that the menu says is supposed to come with it so Brandon got them for us, food came out about 40 min after getting seated. Food was good service was ok, just saying Brandon got the waitresses tip for going out of his way to do her job for her.
Worst service I have ever had. Went in there for my son's birthday dinner, it took an hour after we were seated to get our appetizer(4 minutes after receiving that they brought our meals), my dad consistently received cold coffee, my mom didn't get the right meal. She also had to chase our waitress down to even pay our bill. And the best part it was 6 pm on a Thursday, there were only 5 tables seated in sight of our table 2 of which were in our section. Never going back.
If you're looking for lots of food at a reasonable price, this is your place. The quality is what you'd expect for a chain. It's been quite good. Service has never disappointed. Thanks Emily!
