To say that I was upset today when I went to your store to return an item would be an understatement!. The item is a Montana t-shirt sized XXL, I usually wear I L t-shirt so figured this would be very big & long to wear over a swim suit when on a vacation to the beach. Of course trying it on at your store isn't possible so I thought I could try it at home. Well the shirt is too tight & upon taking it back I found that I wasn't allowed to return a sale item! Who would know that? I have been a customer at both of your stores for many years & I'm sorry to tell you that regrettable I will no longer do business in either of them.
Great customer service and he went above and beyond to find a t-shirt that I wanted for my granddaughter even though it wasn't on display yet he helped me get it the manager did
Had some nice things obviously over priced too bad the two bitches were racist i swear we may be the only brown people that came in but no reason to treat us any different i asked to go to the bathroom &&& she was hesitant to tell mi &&& then she walked mi back , i started looking around the store &&& the other lady kept watching mi every single move. So i told My boyfriend where itbwas because hebneeded to use it &&& the ladys ran like the place was on fire asking if he needed any help he said he just needed tobuse the bathroom so one lady stayed in the back till he came out &&& then followed him all the way to the front couldnt even let us look at anything she was constantly in our way im very sad that people are really like that hopefully i can find a gift shop but those people are not getting our money
