The employees and customer service are amazing. Prices are pretty steep as compared to online but competitive when compared to other local stores.
Don't check their returns and then sell used items at full price with missing pieces. Would not recommend.
Bird supplies are extremely limited but we still go here because it's like going to the aquarium. The fish and lizard displays are wonderful and educational for my son.

Their staff is not as knowledgeable as they should be for working in a pet store. I asked 3 different emplyees the same question and got completely different answers from all of them. They do have a good selection of small animal accessories and treats but not a great selection for bedding.
