Super friendly staff, gave us honest opinions.
I brought my EFI 500 to this shop for a tune up and an oil change. When I picked it up, they told me the rear tire was flat and they had to replace it. The tire was perfectly fine and still next to new being that I only had 3000 miles on the bike. They charged me for a new tire but not labor (scammed?). I then noticed an oil leak when I got home. They sent me an o ring but it was the wrong one and when I called back to request the right o ring or at least some information on how to obtain the correct one, they took my number and never called back. So obviously, the customer service is questionable, to say the least. I really wanted to help promote this store but the people running it really don't seem to enjoy their job or know what they are doing and that is just a darn shame.
