I had called the week prior to purchase new tires and get them put on. When I showed up Monday they had no paperwork or anything written down. When I told them what I was quoted on tires they didn't have them in stock. Tried to get me to pay $700. After that was taken care of they asked for a number to call me when the car was finished, I had asked them to call as soon as it was done. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and called around 1:30pm wondering when it would be done. The person who answered the call said that it had been done. When I called they could not find my name or car anywhere under their records. Come to find out it had been written under a different name. When I picked it up at 4:30 that day and asked for my keys they stated that they were in the car. My keys had been sitting in my unlocked car all day in their parking lot. When I got into the car the steering wheel, shifter, and inside of the door handle was greasy. I understand that we had a lot of snow in the last week and that everyone and their dog was trying to get in to get their snow tires on but where has the basic customer services and organization gone? My tires are holding up well but will not return due to the lack of customer service.

Buying tires and having them installed was fine. Followup service to comply with warranty conditions that require regular tire rotations is terrible.

Great service and I appreciated the honest evaluation. I brought it in for an alignment but ended up needing some front end work, glad they caught it. It was also very reasonable for the work I got done. I would recommend.
