I took in my 2002 Subaru Outback when its timing belt was about to go. My car was taken in the day after I called, the issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved as soon as the part was in the shop. I walked away feeling that I understood the work being done on my car with the mechanic even taking the time to write out each necessary replacement. I appreciated the care, thoughtfulness and respect I received, and I plan to continue to take my car to Point S J&J for future work.
The guys at the shop gave great service and hospitality. I will recommend anyone to go there for any repairs.

I've been using J&J tire (point s) for most of my auto needs over the years. Their staff is very dependable and constant. I'm always greeted with a smile, and most importantly I'm greeted by my name every time. To walk into a place maybe a few times a year and be remembered by name speaks volumes as to their attention to details for customer service. And I've always had quality work done on any auto repairs or maintenance. You will not go wrong if you decided to use this business.
I can't say enough about the excellent service and quality of work that J&J tires provides. We had a tire blowout on a pothole while travelling through town and they went above and beyond any normal expectation, to get us squared away.
On Friday, the weekend before the labor day holiday, I came into point s tire store to get new tires that I had been quoted previous, I was hoping to get the same deal and i encounter Nick Fox at the main entrance. He was understanding I was short with money and he had given me a break. Nick gave me the price for the money I had. And not only Nick was helpful, Justin at the counter made the experience better by entertaining my baby at the end of period of waiting.
