I don't think much of this dealer and would not deal there again! I was told the the tire disposal fee is a national law and had to be charged on all new equipment sold that has tires on them. Well if this is a law no one else knows about it! I just hate dealers that misinform there people with crap like that so they can get an extra dollar out of you. This disposal fee up front is a law in some states but not in Montana. So now when the tires need replacing I will end up paying another fee for tire disposal, even though there is no law in Montana for the tire shop to charge you, because the tire store will get charged for disposal and they pass that on to the customer.
