Great brewery supply to at least get you started as a novice. Always plenty of helpful, knowledgable, attentive clerks to assist with questions. My go to place for fasteners.
I went the other day and purchased 3, 20 pound bags of Ice Melt. I am a younger woman who looks capable of lifting them. Without even asking the cashier called for loading assistance. The store associate loaded them in the back seat of my Jeep and when he was finished, opened my drivers door for me, shook my hand, and said "Thank you for being our customer, we look forward to seeing you again soon" As I looked around, amazed there was other associates doing the same for other customers. I have always tried to use Mom and Pop type stores instead of big box stores, but this was beyond my expectations. They now have a customer for life and I have already told 3 other people and will keep telling people! Rock Hand Hardware is awesome and I will no longer be going to the Orange guys down the street :)
I can always call if I don't understand a product, like tub silicone, and get preside over the phone directions saving me a 70 mile trip to town. A great bunch of people! We love Rock Hand.
The key kiosk worker was extremely rude and acted put out when asked to make keys at 6:30 stating that the kiosk was closed even though there is no singed stating the hours or that the key kiosk was closed however the fellow was really rude to my mother I do not recommend getting keys made here ever.
Greatest hardware store I've been to in a long time. Whatever you need, these boys got it! They even can hook you up with the baddest hydroponic systems ever. Like I said! If it has to do with hardware in any way, they got it! Great prices & extrodenary good customer service here!
