10 different brands! Why go anywhere else?! My Kenmore fridge is awesome and I can't wait for my stove to die so I can go back to Sears.
This was without a doubt one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. This store is clean and well staffed with people who know their products and how to get the best deals possible. I will recommend this Sears store to all my friends.
Took over two months to get a snow plow ordered for craftsman tractor. Didn't receive a call when it arrived. Since the brand was sold to Stanley black & decker don't bother with Sears. I was told by a store rep in December that I could place tire chains on hold and that they often had plenty in sick. Called again in January and my hold was not honored and they said would need to special order them. I strongly recommend going to local competitors in town for hardware needs like rockhand/ace, power Townsend, Lowe's, or home depot.
Very helpful. Looked up a purchase I made several years ago that's out of warranty so I could purchase a part. Very friendly & professional.
They sold and installed a washing machine, failed to test it and did not catch that the machine was not completely put together on the inside. The washing machine then flooded the entire upstairs of our rental house and Sears claims that the issue is Samsung's (maker of the washing machine's) responsibility. So far the cost is nearly $4,000 in water mitigation and redoing the floors, trim, and drywall. Worst customer service and follow up I've ever seen.
