Great food! We love the Willow Creek Sandwich and the Cowboy Nachos. The people are wonderful although they always seem really rushed, which makes sense the place is usually packed.
Might have been the worst meal ever eaten from a Helena restaurant. Warmed leftover soggy buffalo wings with a small taste of hot sauce and that horrid oil/margarine that so many places are using instead of butter or clean tasting oil. Hot celery sticks. Sandwich bread that fell apart in my sister's hands. Two salads that mean Mackenzie are still making them ahead and leave on the counter till orders; they were warm and limp; soggy grape nuts. Only one marinara for two orders of lodgepoles. 3 dinners of disappointment on an epic proportion. Nice delivery man. Courteous phone order.
I enjoyed a great pizza and the service was quick and attentive. Jacob was right on top of things. Not afraid to make a suggestion, and it was very good. Been to a lot of pizza places so I really liked this place.
Good food and very good service. They were very busy but we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress, Bailey, arrived within a minute. She had a great attitude. She answered our questions. She was professional and friendly. She always smiled. We had a gluten-free appetizer. My wife ordered a small gluten-free pizza and I got a sandwich. The wait for our meals was about right. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable.
5 stars for the food, 4 star for service. We waited 15 min for a drink, 45 for appetizer salad and an hour for food for 2 people. We were seated in the pub, where there was one server who took orders, served drinks for the bar and tables and food and settled tabs. She had a bar of 7 people, 4 tables and one very large 15+ group. She did a good job, but why they didn't send another person to help-I don't know. Regardless, wedge salad and pizza was very good.
