The Ranch House has a fun spin on many flavors.
Best marinara sauce ever! It's made in house as is everything on the menu. They have not only homemade pasta (including delicious ravioli ), but also pizza, sandwiches, and desserts. I even saw ribs on the menu. It's only a block or so north of Custer, and definitely worth a visit, although I hear they deliver!
If you like Dill, don't forget to get their ranch which is house made.
I'll come back if it returns to its initial quality!
great place if you're looking for friendly service and a great atmosphere. it's even better with gluten free options. you can get anything you want gluten free. however, the gluten free pizza wasn't so good. it didn't have any sauce on it(which we found odd..), and the crust was done on the outside but the middle was still pretty undercooked and soggy. mostly rating this place for the great service we received. hopefully they can work on the pizza.
Unfortunately this place quickly went downhill. The first time I went, right after they opened, the pizza was excellent - correct ratio of sauce and cheese, nice and thin, hot, crispy but not burnt. The service then was prompt and friendly as well.
This was a wonderful place. Great food. The ranch dressing was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.
Now the last 3 times, the pizza has been too cheesy/soggy and undercooked, while also half burnt on the crust and only sparse toppings. And on the flip side, the breadsticks were barely covered in cheese. The lasagna was gross and rubbery on the outside, which as a cook I can only deduce results from over-microwaving a cold slice. Don't know what happened! Additionally, the one time we ate in the service was extremely slow (it was busy, but please hire more servers).
Excellent place for Gluten free pizza. It was cooked in a metal pan to make sure there was no contamination. I also recommend getting the "fence posts" which are cheesy and delicious. The fence posts could be loosely compared to "lodge poles" from McKenzie River, but the gluten free option from the Ranch House is much better.
