Our first time to Helena ever and we happened to make the grand reopening. I truly couldn't have been more impressed with the genuine hospitality. The staff here is so kind and friendly; they truly make you feel so accommodated. But that's not it! The food was INCREDIBLE! Coming from Chicago where there are countless "notable" Italian restaurants this blew us away.
Fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious! Bella Roma does everything right! Best place to eat in Helena and beyond! People in town say places are Helena good and we just suffered but suffer no more! I want to thank the universe for Bella Roma!!!!!!!
You can't go wrong with any of the entrees, and to top it all off they had one of my favorite amaris: amaro nonnino!
The aged prosciutto and mozzarella were divine. (Actually some of the best and thickest prosciutto we've ever had)
Their best-kept secret is that on Friday & Saturday nights, from 9-11pm, they have several dishes such as their Penne Alla Vodka (Penne pasta with bacon in a creamy vodka- tomato sauce) or their Polpette Al Sugo (spicy meatballs in marinara) available for 1/2 off!
The food was so fresh and authentic! Great wine pairings and the atmosphere was perfect to really enjoy the company and savor the meal.
The beef carpaccio with arugula and parm was perfect.
