What a MESS! I am still cleaning up from their install. They installed laminate and created such a dust problem that we had it on the INSIDE of the cabinets. We were hoping to reduce the dust but they created a huge dust problem!. Shame on you for not mitigating the dust by using your saw with a dust bag! I have had to dust the walls to knock down what is sticking in the texture. I have had to touch everything in my house, everything, because there is a dust layer! I am hopeful that the dust will finally come to an end, but by the looks of the furnace filter, its not gone yet. Shameful
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Lousy follow-up and worthless promises. One of the worst home improvement vendors I have ever worked with. Communications and follow up from the owner was lacking.
AMAZING experience! The sales staff was exceptional, and answered every question I could think of. I tend to second guess EVERYTHING, and spent hours in The Floor Show before making my final decision. Each time I was there someone helped me, answered questions, gave me truthful opinions, and even had a smile on their face from start to finish! I seriously can not thank The Floor Show enough for putting up with and helping my picky second-guessing self! My custom home looks amazing! Their installers are also EXTREMELY great at what they do!
Such an amazing place! My father and I got almost our entire upstairs flooring re-done and it looks absolutely amazing! Not only did we save money and get great customer service but they also helped us pick out a few different flooring that didn't clash and made the whole upstairs just come together.
