I am not the only one with a complaint against this manager. I had 2 other people in the store state they have had issues with his unprofessional behavior and would shop elsewhere if there were more places to choose from!
He needs to be fired! He makes the store look bad! Shame on him!

The management, Kenny & Alli, are great to work with and encourage classes in their store! The classroom is well lit, lots of space, tables covered in vinyl for super easy clean up. A sink is provided with lots of shelving to display examples and class supplies.
This is the only real choice in town for yarn, however, I always feel guilty going there because of the political stance of the company. My friend assuages her conscience by donating amounts equal to her purchases to Planned Parenthood. I miss Ben Franklin and Michael's!
I love the selection of merchandise! Great selection. Great prices. Only downside is questionable categorized sale items. W/O a scan system the checker decides if an item qualifies for a specific sale or not. The manual entry
system is also very slow.
I really love shopping here. Huge selection of craft supplies and neat decorations. They also have some awesome furniture items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Terrible management! I was harassed and aggressively yelled at as well as embarrassed by a manager who was wrong. I have reported him to corporate and will be taking this further! In talking to the corporate office customer service in Oklahoma, it was confirmed the manager was 1. Wrong 2. Acted against policy!
