I bought a vacuum here about three months ago. The demonstration in the showroom was interesting and very informative but I was a little skeptical about real world use. I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference and performed just like Carol said. We have two dogs and we no longer have an issue with hair. I was replacing a decent Hoover WindTunnel and would highly recommend UltraVac's Simplicity brand. The features alone are worth the added amount over the Hoover.
