Not prompt 2 hrs late. Bought floor model did not know stuff would be broke I had to pick up in Helena stuff they forgot to bring. Just an unprofessional job all around. Then had a gas leak. Did not discover it right away. Called them and never heard from them. I would not recommend them.
We have bought 2 stoves from them, 1 Quadra-Fire pellet stove and 1 Jotul wood stove. They have always been satisfied with their products. Always helpful and knowledgeable. not always super prompt. but better than most others.
Unfortunately this company does not support their installation work after it is completed. I do NOT recommend using them at all. When I had a problem after they installed a full chimney/flue in a new house, they refused to take any responsibility (even though other experts pointed the finger directly at their defective work) and made truly bizarre statements that made no sense at all. Due to their inappropriate and ridiculous response, denial of responsibility for what clearly was their responsibility, I strongly recommend NOT using this firm at all.
