I was an out-of-town tourist on a long trip to Seattle. My F150 started to display issues with the tires (tire pressure sensor) and I was out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and my kid in the car. I made it to Helena and was 4th in line the next morning at the Ford Dealership. Richard the service guy was efficient, calming (very needed), filled up my tires to make sure they had the correct pressure and then, refused to charge me. It took all of ten minutes. I very much appreciate his willingness to help me and to get me on my way.

"the way it oughta be" that held true Helena Motors got me an excellent deal on my new car. I got great financing better than what my bank was offering. They dropped several thousand off sticker and as I was walking out found me another incentive saving me even more money. More important everyone was approachable, professional & worked hard for me & my new vehicle. Woody helped me through the process and was not pushy but very knowledgeable he was easy to talk too and his integrity shone through. I look forward to continuing to use Helena Motors and thank Woody , Dan & everyone for the best car buying experience ever.
We are from out of town, called Ford not once but three times... we had a tire that was cut and needed a replacement. Person that answered the phone says we'll locate a tire and call you right back it is now 2.5 hours later and nothing. No point of calling or going to this dealership if this is how they treat customers.
Bought a Expedition form Helena Ford. There is a Factory problem with the paint on the Drivers door. We took it in to service, they took pictures for Ford. The advisor told us there are a few other expeditions with the same problem. We are still waiting for Helena Ford to solve our problem.
Now they tell us they can't solve the problem since they don't have a body shop. Call Ford corporate. We will never buy another vehicle from Helena Ford.
