Absolutely incredible!!! The customer service at Lithia was the best I've ever in my liffe I have witnessed. Josh at the front desk needs a raise and all the people that worked endlessly to get my vehicle fixedly and offered me more than what they needed to offer me to help me out through my time of need.
on 09/26/2017 I put down $4000 down on a car that cost $8500. Three days later I heard a sound coming from the engine area. I took the car in and was told I need a new Engine Blower, and that I had to pay a $200 co pay. I had explained that I only had the car for 3 days and out of common courtesy I shouldn't have to pay the $200 co pay. Well there response was you bought the car as is, so your responsible for it. I was shocked, that they would treat a customer this way even after the large deposit that was put down. But at the same time it was a lesson learned about Lithia. And that is once you have paid them their money, they have no interest in helping you. I've never bought a product from a major company that was defective with in three days, and they not compensate you. They didn't even offer a free oil change or car wash. If your thinking about buying a car here, bring a MECHANIC, or just go some where else. Do think I will be recommending this place.
I bought my vehicle from another dealership in Helena and soon after had to bring it into that dealership's service department. That service department kept my car all day, despite having an appointment and knowing I lived out of town and had my infant with me, just to tell me that they didn't have the means to fix the newly purchased car's issue and I would have to bring it to Lithia. Lithia's service department was a completely different experience. I worked with Josh who was amazing throughout the experience. He understood that I could not wait in town all day, gave me a specific time to bring my car in and the service department actually pulled my car in at that time, rather than it sitting in the parking lot for an hour like the other dealership! Although they could not find a fix for my car's problem, they had me out of there within an hour. I appreciated Josh's helpful attitude and professionalism, traits the other dealership was lacking. Next time my husband and I purchase a vehicle it will be with Lithia, not the other guys.
Gave me the best deal and customer service over all the other dealerships. And I dealt with almost all the dealerships in two different states for over a month. I will only buy my vehicles here.
Scott, the salesman, was awesome. No pressure at all. Jake, finance man, was fantastic. I don't have very good credit, and Jake put a very good deal together for me. I would go back and do business with these guys again.
