Ron Parsons is an excellent salesperson at Helena Chevrolet. No pressure during my dealings with him. Made my purchase with a deal I felt was fair to both of us. Would highly recommend you ask for him when you go there with a purchase in mind.
Day 8: No callback.
Nick, our sales representative was very helpful in completing our sale. He was friendly and worked well with other employees. When we had questions, he was willing to go the extra mile to get us the answers. I also appreciated his help programming my phone to the vehicle. I rate the service as excellent.
Day 13: Truck will be done Thursday.
Day 9: I go into the dealership because clearly, their phone system is not working. They give me a rental and say that the truck will be done Monday.
Day 16: I wait on the phone after being asked to hold for about 15 minutes. Someone finally picks it back up and asks me who I'm holding for. Then they transfer me to another person who then hangs up on me.
Day 2: I call them in the morning they say it will probably be fixed today if not by the morning of the next day. They ask if I want a rental which I refuse because if it is done that quickly there is no need.
Day 3: I call in the morning to see what the status is. They say call back later but I'm heading out on a trip so I ask if I can come grab a few things out of the truck. They say yes. I head to the dealership to find out that the truck has been sent to another dealership. They say it should be done tomorrow.
Absolute worst service of my life. I purchased a used truck from them and it has issues engaging into four wheel drive low. They agreed to fix it as part of the deal, which I thought was great. I wish I would have just had them agree to have someone else fix it because that is essentially what is going on. They have had my truck now for over two weeks. During this time I have NEVER received a phone call from them.
I was very satisfied. You can take my word for this as I have worked at local new car dealers for 35 plus years. Been around a lot of salespeople.
Jennifer was fantastic in working with me via email and phone to select the right trucks for me to look at and setting up an appointment for test drives. Nathan was great in working through the sales process, super responsive, honest and made sure my questions were answered. Very satisfied with the dealership. As a longtime Ford owner disappointed by Ford's issues over the last few years, very happy with my new GMC.
Day 7(After Holiday Weekend): 1st Call - We will call you back. 2nd Call - We will call you back. 3rd Call- I ask for a rental. They say they will call me back.

Day 1(Wednesday): No call
I now found myself here again looking for a replacement for a different car. We owe it all to our salesman, Gordon. His knowledge of the different cars, willingness to explore them with us, his devotion to our satisfaction seems most important of all. His light-hearted and good-willed personality made us feel comfortable in our decision. This was on top of making sure that all of our questions were answered and we understood everything about the purchase. If he didn't know something, he pointed us to some who did. We are both very excited with our purchase and our experience.
First question was, "How much you lookin' to spend?"
Edit: That was back when I was looking for a vehicle for myself (and ended getting a different car from a different dealership)
Ryan Belke did the finance work , he was very professional.
Which brings us to the present. I wonder how and if they will ever call me back. Seems like the sales department is solid but I would advise you to never let them near your vehicle after you buy it.
