I was very interested in a particular car and while I was waiting for the bank determination, the sales rep had already moved on to a new customer. He somehow found the time to tell me he'd get in touch with me the following day. Another sales rep ended up selling the vehicle. Horrible customer service skills and obviously looking to only make a sale and move on to the next customer. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not only are we happy with our Subaru, but they went out of their way after the sale to refund me for some window parts sold with the car that werent needed. They were under no obligation to do this, yet they did it for me anyway. That's what I call great customer service. Thanks Justin!
